In April, we will come together in person to create mini bags for our contribution to the MAFA goodie bags. We will be making mini bags (4”-6”) that can be used for little “stuff” (sachets, ear bud holders, charging wires, earrings for travel). Members are encouraged to create two 4”, 5”, or 6” squares of fabric. These may be pin loom woven, knitted, crocheted, or cut from previously woven projects. Since they will be hand or machine stitched, they should be somewhat flat. Now is the time to start to create or find your squares. Those who cannot come in person are still encouraged to create squares that could be sent ahead for assembly or finished at home. MAFA has said these need to be shipped between May 1st and June 1st.
