June 2007 Potluck Recipes:

Beeb's Broccoli Salad

1 qt broccoli (I didn't measure just judged, felt we needed more)
1 cup golden raisins
1 cup halved grapes
1 cup chopped sweet onion
8 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled (I used turkey bacon and fried it without any added fat, then cut it with scissors)
1 cup dry roasted peanuts

Dressing:  I added a little more mayo as I added more broccoli
1 cup Hellman's may (I used Lite)
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tb vinegar
1/2 tsp curry powder

Mix dressing ingredients together and add to salad ingredients minus the peanuts which are added just before serving.
